On days when the temperature (including wind chill) is greater than 10 degrees Fahrenheit or warmer, students will go outside for recess whenever weather allows.
Students will also continue to line up outside in the mornings. If the wind chill is 10 degrees or lower, we will bring students inside in the morning.
It is helpful if you mark all jackets, coats, gloves, hats and scarves with your child’s name. This will help us get items back to the correct owner and out of the lost and found!
Students who bring boots to change into will be allowed to go in the snow; everyone else stays on hard surfaces so we don’t track too much muck onto our building’s beautiful floors.
